Trackman Golf Lessons & Club Fitting

TRACKMAN uses the same military Doppler radar technology which tracks a missile in flight, tracking a live golf ball in flight accurate to 1 foot per 100 yards; making TRACKMAN the most accurate radar technology on the planet. TRACKMAN is the ONLY radar technology on the market which tracks a ball in flight from start to finish. Every other radar on the market takes the first 18 inches of a shot and then extrapolates the shot thus creating a far less accurate measurement than TRACKMAN provides. And we have this at Ball Golf.

What is the TrackMan Combine?

TrackMan Combine is a standardized test that enables you to identify the strengths and weaknesses in your golf game. Discover the clear correlation between your TrackMan Combine results and your success on the golf course.

How does the Trackman Combine work?

The Trackman Combine consists of 60 shots. Players hit 2 x 3 shots to 9 different targets at 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180 yards plus 2 x 3 drives. After taking a Trackman Combine, results can be accessed from the website and your smartphone. Scores can be compared with the pros or peers by handicap, gender, age or region. new_ss

At Ball Golf we utilize 2 TrackMan Golf for Club Fitting, instruction and training programs. TrackMan is the industry leader when it comes to golf swing and ball flight analysis. TrackMan provides golfers information on impact, the most important position in golf. Its three-dimensional club movement illustrates what’s happening at impact so the student can have a better understanding of the ball flight. That’s why PGA Tour players work with them and now you have access to it right here in OKC. TrackMan is necessary for those golfers who struggle with consistently controlling their curve, their distance, their contact or all three. Golf is all about controlling your ball and implementing TrackMan into your golf training will transform your ball striking skills. Learn what you really need to do to improve your ball flight.

LPGA and PGA Tour averages

TrackMan is the world’s most accurate ball flight tracking system. This state-of-the art technology provides golfers with extraordinary information on the golf swing and entire flight of the golf ball once it leaves the club face. It records 3D data on club path, face angle and angle of attack in an easy to read display. TrackMan also records precise data on golf ball flight by measuring the entire distance and trajectory of specific shots from pitch shots to booming drives. It then is capable of merging 3D ball and club data overlaid on video so a golfer can clearly see and understand their relationship. TrackMan is for golf lessons, club fittings and golf instructional programs for both juniors and adults located in the Oklahoma City or for those golfers coming in from out of state. Ever wonder how far you hit your 9 iron? The height you hit your 21 hybrid? Carry distance of your driver, or what your club head and ball speed is? The length of a swing necessary needed to fly it exactly 87 yards? TRACKMAN gives you those answers and then compares your data with the best players in the world. Verifiable accuracy

At the heart of the GC2 is a stereoscopic camera system that precisely captures and analyzes ball characteristics at the most critical point of measurement – club impact – to deliver the most accurate values of ball performance available today.

All-in-one simplicity

As a launch monitor, the GC2′s large, outdoor-readable LCD display and audio feature deliver ball performance data in real-time, eliminating the need for a separate laptop or monitor to view your data. Plug the GC2 into a computer running simulation software and turn virtually any space into a performance-driven golf simulator.

3-D analysis for the feet and center of pressure

The BodiTrak System measures the way your Center of Pressure is moving during your swing. For the first time, you can feel and see how your footwork can shape your swing. The BodiTrak and Trackman windows can be seen at the same time, thereby showing you how a different footwork pattern can improve your swing very quickly. For example, we see way too much weight on back foot of higher handicappers, this makes it impossible to ‘drive thru the ball’ to their front foot like better players. Seeing this in 3-d helps our players understand this critical move and then accomplish it.

All Instructors at Ball Golf use Iswing for instant play back instruction. We utilize the split screen for before and after feedback to be certain our pupils feel the change and then can practice on their own the right way. These pictures are emailed to the student with audio overlay as an option. (The student above has a “over the top downswing on the left, the picture on the right is the downswing he had after about 15 swings).

Iping Putter Fitting

The iPING allows you to analyze your putting stroke more closely than ever. It works like a launch monitor for putters by measuring key aspects of your stroke to improve your consistency. The iPING analyzes and displays your consistency onscreen using five criteria: stroke type (determined by how much the putter face rotates during the forward stroke); impact angle (the putter’s face angle at impact, relative to address); and tempo (a measure of the duration of the backswing relative to the forward swing), shaft lean at set up and impact, and club hear lie at set up and impact.
